IPS supports client’s with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) who are under the care of Secondary Mental Health Services within Gloucestershire into paid employment.Client’s receiving care from Specialist Teams such as Early Interventions, GRiP, Eating Disorders, Assertive Outreach Teams, Forensic Teams and the Perinatal Services are all included and our Employment Specialist supports the client’s to look for paid employment as well as support client’s to sustain their current employment.
