A workshop where you will cover the basics of First Aid, How to use a Defibrllator, give CPR, what to do if someone is choking or having a stroke, delivered by a specialist in the field of First Aid.

Must be:
• Over the age of 19
• A UK/EEU resident in the last 3 years / valid residence permit
One of the following:
• Unemployed/earning below £17,000 a year
• Qualified below a Level 2 (5 GCSEs equivalence)
• Mental health challenges (includes substance misuse)
• Learning difficulty or disability
