Role
You will be integrating into a dynamic and fast-paced Engineering Team, overcoming challenges and ensuring production projects are delivered on time. The successful candidate is self-motivated and energetic, with a strong drive to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- A precision engineering background - working on components that are supplied into advanced manufacturing sectors such as; Aerospace, Medical, MOD or Motorsport.
- Previous experience with Sheet Metal
- Previous experience with Milling & Turning (Desirable)
- Experience working with a range of materials
- An ability to perform deburring, riveting, drilling, countersinking, etc
- Experience using hand tools for fabrication purposes
- An ability to use / operate press brake, guillotines, band saw, drilling machine
- An ability to use / operate lathe & milling machine (Desirable)
- An ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- An ability to complete documentation our company procedures
- Experience of inspection and certification of mechanical products, parts, and appliances (Desirable)
- Experience in a Part 21 subpart G Production Organisation (Desirable)
