Workshop: How to Market your Business on Social Media
Social media and online presence are more critical than ever in terms of business success. This free online workshop will help you to understand how to effectively use social media channels in order to promote your products or services and continue customer relationships.
The content includes:
• Learning how to build a 12 month social media schedule.
• Creating and monitoring the key performance indicators.
• Understanding the importance of using scheduling and approval software.
• Understanding the different types of content, such as tone of voice, personality, following brand guidelines and the impact on business reputation.
The deliverer will be Emma Provins from Skylight9 who is vastly experienced in providing social media support to all different types and sizes of businesses.
