Calming Body, Calming Mind

Help clear and calm your mind. This course is ideal for anyone suffering with chronic illnesses such as long Covid as well as various mental health challenges. Taught by a qualified Mindfulness practitioner this course will use mindfulness based stress reduction, gentle hatha yoga and breathing exercises to help you learn to befriend your body.

One of the following:
• Unemployed/earning below £17,004 a year
• Qualified below a Level 2 (5 GCSEs equivalence)
• Mental health challenges (includes substance misuse)
• Learning difficulty or disability
