Get Ahead for Christmas Cookery Course

Learn how to create some simple dishes in advance and freeze to give you a stress free and relaxing Christmas Day including stuffed and rolled turkey breast, no - roll mince pies, Christmas Yule log, and pork and apple sausage rolls made with homemade rough puff pastry.

Mindful Sleeping

With increasing anxiety during a time of uncertainty, and a break down in daily routines, our sleeping patterns can deteriorate and affect our wellbeing.
Join us on this 5 day course where you will learn about relaxing into blissful sleep – taught from the comfort of your own home.

Calming Body, Calming Mind
Wednesday 10th November – 15th December

Help clear and calm your mind. This course is ideal for anyone suffering with chronic illnesses such as long Covid as well as various mental health challenges. Taught by a qualified Mindfulness practitioner this course will use mindfulness based stress reduction, gentle hatha yoga and breathing exercises to help you learn to befriend your body.

•        Over the age of 19
•        A UK/EEU resident in the last 3 years / valid residence permit
One of the following:
•        Unemployed/earning below £17,004 a year
•        Qualified below a Level 2 (5 GCSEs equivalence)
•        Mental health challenges (includes substance misuse)
•        Learning difficulty or disability
