Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship

Ideal for new recruits or existing members of staff
 
This apprenticeship standard is suitable for business administrators working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services.
 
Core areas of study include:
•    Record and document production
•    Planning and organisation
•    Project management
•    Business fundamentals
•    Managing performance


Level 2 and Level 3 Customer Service Practitioner / Specialist Apprenticeships

Ideal for new recruits or existing members of staff
 
Apprentices will go on to demonstrate their ability to deal with complex and technical customer requests, complaints and queries, as well as gathering and analysing data and customer information that influences change and improvements in service.

•    Customer relationship management
