Traineeships
Traineeship Programme
Visit their website
Traineeship Programme offer young people aged between 16-24 years of age the opportunity to gain structured, meaningful and substantial work experience in an area of their choice to prove their worth to an employer who will offer an employment reference and paid job interview if they perform well.
Given our large footprint with Gloucestershire’s employers, we are able to place young people in their occupational area of choice. We have excellent progression rates for our learners and as long as the young person commits, engages and works hard, they will have an excellent chance of progressing into employment with training or an Apprenticeship.
